Catching up.

It has been a year since I posted anything here, and an interesting year it has been. This time last year I was unemployed and ended up going back into a kitchen just to get the bills paid. So I managed to get Chef Jeff Sigler at The Lawrence @thelawrenceatl to hire me on and we managed to put out some pretty good food in a very limited situation.
